MAYONNAISE WITH ANCHOVIES

Set aside some of the diced tomato and several small basil leaves for decoration.  In a blender or food processor combine all of the remaining ingredients.  Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle with the reserved diced tomatoes and basil leaves.
